The recruitment process


1. Firstly, we draw the profiles of Jobs for targeted positions and adequate candidates, discuss their wages, and time frames to complete their process.

Evaluating and Shortlisting

2. Based on the announced profiles, we start the screening and evaluation process to shortlist the most suitable candidates for further technical testing and interviews.

Final Testing

3. After shortlisting candidates, professional standard psychometric testing and claimed qualification validation is performed through our highly qualified Recruitment Consultants.

Hiring & Onboarding

4. After final interviews and candidate selection, we start the process of acquiring work permit, invitation letter, and finally VISA and travel arrangements to reach their destinations and report to our client offices
