What is the Recruitment Process?

Upon receiving the detailed list of job positions that our client is intending to recruit, we first discuss those details as well as the needed time-frame to complete different stages of the hiring process and its incurred costs.

We draw the profiles of Jobs for targeted positions based on which we seek the adequate candidates We also give reliable advices on wages expected for those professions and advice on types of compensation preferred in every country.

Through our associates in the country we arrange Ads based on the announced profiles and start the screening and evaluation process to shortlist best suitable candidates for further technical testing and interviews.

Based on the previous steps we conduct professional standard psychometric testing and claimed qualification validation through our Recruitment Consultants, short listing candidates further.

Our client will then be offered to participate in the final interview either by attending it remotely (online) or by traveling and conducting the interviews in person.

After the candidate’s are selected and contract is signed, our local staffs start the process of acquiring work permit, invitation letter, and finally helping the candidate finalise VISA.

We make travel arrangements for candidates, to reach the destination and report to our client offices.
